So, the important message is: blogging while drunk is bad. The post and picture that were here last night were copied from my friend Kamal's blog. He had some issues with some real assholes hotlinking and stealing his pictures a few weeks ago, and has since moved them all behind a password screen, and has set up some apache hot-linking tricks to avoid other being jerks. Justin and I thought it would be fun to steal a post and picture just for fun, with the intention of taking it down once he saw it and laughed. In short, it wasn't funny at all.

AIM Bots Showing Up In Buddy List

I logged into AIM this morning and was greeted by a new group: AIM Bots.

Is everyone seeing this? Is it deletable? I suppose we'll find out soon. I don't mind seeing AIM bots on my list, particularly if I can delete them, since I use a client that doesn't display ads.

Update: As of 9:30 Eastern, AIM is now sending a system message to users upon login, with information about the new Bots group.

With the awful reviews and pathetically small box office numbers the first three Harry Potter Films turned in, it looks like Warner Brothers has to make some drastic changes for the fourth movie. Last time they tried firing the actor who played Gandalf Professor Dumbledore to trying to "liven" up the performance a bit, but since that didn't seem to do the trick, this time Warner Brothers has made a deal with Fox.

Dear Comcast, I value your feedback. I canceled my Comcast Cable service about 7 months ago, because it was overpriced and your daily postcards begging me to sign up for your high speed internet or phone service really really annoyed me. I told you never to send me mail again. You, of course, continue to send me mail, and I continue to throw it away. What I didn't expect was that you bastards would continue to send me email. Tonight, I got an email telling me all about your wonderful, new (read: shitty) web site. It's so state of the art and great, I can even pay my bill online.
